Attache moi, by ICONOfly in: VIVRE, February 2012 Reminiscing about ribbons and winding wishes, this is a scent wrapped up in symbolism. Olivia Bransbourg and ICONOfly are pleased to announce the arrival of Attache Moi, a unisex fragrance created by Christine Nagel and Benoist Lapouza that brings together a complex blend of amber, musk, and lush wood tones. The essence of these tactile materials [unclear passage] sensuality as the sesame and resin are brought to life beautifully in this elegant and evocative scent. Anchored by attachment to childhood trinkets, this fragrance conveys significance for both of the olfactory wizards who whisked it up. As a tribute to its “tie-me-up” sentiment, a knotted fabric cord comes wrapped tightly around each bottle—reminiscent of the baptismal sangle Benoist remembers being tied around his neck and bracelets kept knotted around the wrist to wish on, while Christine’s inspiration comes from strings she kept that came wrapped around presents from her parents. Eau de parfum, made in France. 1.7 fl. oz.

DIARY OF A BRACELET in: L’Express, Style supplement Fashion, art and poetry come together in this unusual magazine called ICONOfly — both luxurious and free — with each issue devoted to a single accessory: this time, the bracelet. ICONOfly gives artists and designers carte blanche to reinterpret it, from a drawing by David Lynch to a perfume bottle by Serge Mansau and marzipan bracelets by Mourad Mazouz… Distributed at Café de Flore, Colette and elsewhere, and available during the ICONOfly exhibition at Le Bon Marché through June 18.

THE BRACELET CELEBRATED AT LE BON MARCHÉ in: Libération Next For its fifth issue, Iconofly, the fashion-accessories magazine, is collaborating with Le Bon Marché on an exhibition devoted to the bracelet and its transformations through different eras and artistic movements. All that glitters is not gold, as long as you have a bracelet. A fetishistic and mythical accessory, its making and symbolism are explored by the Parisian magazine Iconofly, founded in 2006 by Olivia Bransbourg. This fifth issue looks at the many vicissitudes of the bracelet through photographs of pieces exhibited at the Musée du Quai Branly, alongside works by contemporary artists such as Jeanne Susplugas and Pierre la Police... Meanwhile, on the first floor of Le Bon Marché, the fashion department is hosting an unusual scenography conceived by Uberraum until June 18. And the Jackie O bracelet by Mohamed, Ali revisited by artst Jean-Pierre Bertrand, with almond-paste bracelets imagined by Mourad Mazouz: the accessory becomes both a work of art and a reflection of personality. The bracelet also transforms into perfume with the fragrance “Attache-moi,” created by Christine Nagel and Benoist Lapouza for Iconofly, and Serge Mansau, who designed the bottle in a setting of leather covered with gold leaf. A word to fashion lovers: the bracelet is available in 1,200 euros, and perfumed bracelets can be purchased for 120 euros. The magazine Iconofly can be found at Colette, Café de Flore, Printemps, or Christie’s. Iconofly, Journal d’un bracelet, through June 18, 2009 at Le Bon Marché, 24 rue de Sèvres, Paris 7th

"Le plus intello" by Lionel Paillès in Grazia magazine France It was never meant to become a perfume. Originally created as a limited-edition gift for readers of the printed ICONOfly magazine, ATTACHE-MOI was so well received that it took on a life of its own. A seductive trail of ambergris and musk, sharpened with a touch of hot pepper, it later launched at Barneys New York — where it sold out almost immediately.

FR

ASVOFF 2011 To celebrate the American debut of the fragrance, ICONOFly commissioned haute couture icon Christina Kruse and writer Guy Lesser to make an original video, a dialogue piece - or meditation - that explores some of the premises of a product that is unisex and European while leaving as much unstated as possible. The short film was selected in the 2011 official competition of ASVOFF - A Shaded View on Fashion Film Festival - and was screened at the Centre Pompidou in Paris, and eventually at the Delano Hotel during the Miami Basel Art Fair.

«Opening poetic perspectives» 3 questions to Art Historian Olivia Bransbourg in: LES INROCKUPTIBLES by Olivier Nicklaus. June 2009 Her magazine ICONOfly dedicates each issue to one fashion accessory. Newest: the bracelet celebrated by David Lynch, Pierre La Police or Andres Serrano. What is the genesis of your magazine? My idea was to combine art, history and crafts around a fashion accessory per issue. The first items were the bags, watches, glasses and boots. This time, the bracelet. In each issue, I give carte blanche to artists (writers, painters, cartoonists, perfumers, chefs, photographers, etc..) who create poetic perspectives on the selected accessory ... For the bracelet, who did you invite? David Lynch made a drawing in which he imagines the bracelet as the junction between the hand and the rest of the body. Andres Serrano linked hands in a prayer and Pierre La Police infuses in bracelets magical powers. What is your business model? We are not in the traditional press. ICONOfly is printed in 40,000 copies and available in selected locations. In Paris, for example: Café de Flore, at Colette, at Artcurial in some hotels ... Each issue is funded by brands that become patrons of artists. My role is to ensure artists a complete freedom.

FEMMES MAGAZINE Artistic Link Exhibition by Catherine Maliszewski Is it a magazine? Is it a book? In any case, this object is thought to be jealously preserved. ICONOfly is a magazine born in 2006 under the leadership of Olivia Bransbourg, a passionate of contemporary art that wanted to stage an accessory, an object, together with figures of contemporary art. After the bags, watches, glasses and boots, the new edition of ICONOfly explores the bracelet in all its facets. The restaurateur Mourad Mazouz has concocted almond paste bracelets: the artist Andres Serrano( see picture) gives spiritual powers to bracelets, the glass sculptor Serge Mansau metamorphosed them into flasks containing a precious enibriating essence, edition of eight. Works to be found (and afforded) at Le Bon Marché in Paris. Until June 18 Iconofly, Diary of a bracelet. Le Bon Marché, Paris 6
